Through advocacy, we work to shape the public policies and systems that affect how independent sellers build, run, and grow their businesses. We advocate for public policies that support the ability of small businesses to compete online and across borders, and ensure that policymakers hear firsthand from small sellers in their constituencies about their unique needs, like reliable postal service or a taxation system that is fair for microbusinesses. We also work with our seller community to make the case for solutions that support creative entrepreneurs and microbusinesses.
